Three of Swords
+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+
A
woman kneels with her arms crossed on a plinth decorated by
gargoyles. She looks grief-stricken, and holds a small book.
In the dark stormy sky above her floats a large brocade heart
pierced by three swords.
My
Interpretation: Melancholy
and a broken heart.
Misery,
sorrow and grief at the end of an affair or friendship. But
take
heart, time will ease the pain.
(Reversed:
Dwelling on past sorrows may prevent you from moving on. Let
go of the past, and the confusion and distress may disappear).
Edit
notes: Different
to v1.0 card as I've made it a bit
more similar to the Rider-Waite card of a heart pirced by three
swords in a stormy sky. I have added a grief-stricken woman
and a plinth adorned with gargoyles.
