Ace of Wands
+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+.+
A
pretty pale-faced, red-cheeked angel holds a lily and sprouting
wand. At the angel's feet are a book and candle, and in the
background is a wall of fire.
My
Interpretation: Creation,
fertility, energy. New beginnings.
Self-reliance,
self-sufficiency and personal empowerment. Birth, fertility,
growth. Action and adventure.
(Reversed:
Still a good card, but perhaps one that shows a tendancy to
excess, overenthusiasm or misplaced optimism)
Edit
notes: Different
to v1.0 card as I've added more symbolism
to assist readers. This card is different to the Rider-Waite
card, although hopefully still easily recognisable as the single
Wand is fairly obvious. I have used Angels for all the Aces,
and Fire for the suit. The book and candle signify knowledge
and enterprise, and the flower, fertility.
